  From the Island of Madagascar to France and beyond – Studying and travelling overseas to France, the US and Australia I am A Malagasy from Madagascar and I would like to share with you my story… Before anything, you have to understand a few things. I have chosen to write this story in English so that it will become accessible to a wider range of readers. I also have to tell you that, unlike many other writers here, English is Neither my mother tongue, nor my first language. In fact, it is even not my second language, but my third, after Malagasy (my mother tongue), and French, which not only I speak fluently, but which I pronounce extremely well, to a point where a stranger will not even know that they are in fact dealing with a Malagasy and a non-French person probably it has to do with me hanging a lot with French girls (among others) when I was in Europe!
